Bands don’t really get much more “international” than King’s Call, with a Greek guitarist, British singer, German bass player and Azerbaijani drummer. Praying Mantis frontman Mike Freeland takes over on vocals on the second full length album by the band – “Lion’s Den” – which is released through Mausoleum Records on 27th September 2013. “Melodic Rock” is a genre that can be hit or miss with me but King’s Call deliver something at the heavier end of that spectrum and “Lion’s Den” is an album that is well worth checking out.

The first interview I did for Rock Radio NI was with Clifford Hoad from KINGS OF THE SUN and THE RICH AND FAMOUS back in October 2010.
