NI ROCKS recommends "Get the Hell" by THE SUPERSUCKERS

“Get The Hell” is the ninth studio album from The Supersuckers, but their first with Steamhammer/SPV who release it on 14th January. This is the first studio album in five years and was recorded at Willie Nelson’s Arlyn Studio in Austin, Texas.

A couple of quotes from the Steamhammer / SPV press release would sum up why the album gets a recommendation:

“Get the Hell” is a tightly focused sonic assault of big riffs, catchy hooks and raw, balls-to-the-wall rock’n’roll”.

“a band in it’s prime, kicking out snarling, anthemic choruses over head-bobbing chord progressions.”
