_{Singer Jeff Scott Soto is involved with many projects including Sons of Apollo, W.E.T. and the Trans Siberian Orchestra. He also releases solo work under his own name and fronts a band called Soto. That band releases its third album, entitled “Origami”, through Inside Out Music on 24th May. I’d recorded an interview with Jeff when he played in Belfast back in 2013, but felt another interview was long overdue and jumped at the opportunity to speak to him about his latest album. We spoke via Skype on 23rd April. At that point only one single from the new album had been released, but the title track has now been released as well and I’ve included it  on the Friday NI Rocks Show for 26th April along with the interview. _{After releasing three EPs over the past seven years and then an album called “Origins” last year which was a collection of tracks from those EPs, American band Shallow Side released their first full album of new material on 29th March. The album is called “Saints & Sinners” and it was released by Thermal Entertainment. I’ve featured tracks from the earlier EPs on the Shows for some time and the track “Sound the Alarm” from the new album was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 22nd March and the title track “Saints & Sinners” on the NI Rocks A-Z Show on 26th March.}

_{The End Machine is a new musical collaboration between three quarters of the classic Dokken line-up from the late 80’s and singer Robert Mason. All four have all at some point performed with Lynch Mob. The three Dokken members are guitarist George Lynch, bass player Jeff Pilson and drummer Mick Brown. The band released their self-titled debut album via Frontiers Music on 22nd March. The track “Alive Today” was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 18th January, followed by “Burn The Truth” on 8th March and “Leap of Faith” on 29th March.}
