Rock Wolves released their self-titled debut album via Steamhammer / SPV on 28th October. The trio certainly aren’t new to the rock arena however with all them having 25 to 40 years of experience; some of it at the highest peaks of the rock hierarchy. The inclusion of vocalist / guitarist Michael Voss in the band was what made the press release stand out for me. Add to that, the name of drummer Herman Rarebell, and you know something is worth checking out! From the first listen to the first track, I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed! I played that track “Rock For The Nations” on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 4th November and “Riding Shotgun” on 11th November.
