We received this album through from New Ocean Media recently along with a few others including the Adler album. As always I did a quick skim through the tracks to get a feel for the album. Generally I’ll know after sampling a few tracks if I’m going to like an album enough to download it and add it to my iPod. This one passed the test....obviously or I wouldn’t be writing this and you wouldn’t be reading it!!
Turns out the album was originally released back in 2011 but it’s getting a UK launch on 1st April.
“Hell In My Heart” is a hard hitting rock album full of tracks with powerful lyrics and raging guitars. My personal favourite is probably “Bury Me With My Guns On” which was released as a single. Others of note include the cover of “Sound of Silence”, “Empty Man” and “Low Life”.

Wizz Wizzard are a Belgian band formed back in 2008 who play what can only be called traditional rock / metal music. This album, which will be their first full length release, is due out in March on the Rocksector Records Label. The twin guitar driven tracks are very reminiscent of the 80s classic rock era and will appeal to those like myself that grew up with that music as well as a younger fanbase.

NI ROCKS Recommends “BACK FROM THE DEAD” by ADLER
Ok, this album seriously rawks!! I love it!!! .......I could really just stop there and say nothing more, but I suppose I should!
“Back From The Dead” is the first recording from former Guns N Roses drummer Steven Adler’s new band Adler that also features Jacob Bunton on vocals, Lonny Paul on guitar and Johnny Martin on bass. The album was released at the end of November 2012 on the New Ocean Media label. There are also guest appearances from Slash and John 5.
